International rates

 

 

The price applied will correspond to the rate of the taxable weight band (volumetric) as indicated below. Remember that with weight pricing you can send more than one package within the chosen weight range.
 
The rates will be applied taking into account both the actual weight and the volumetric weight of each package, taking as taxable value the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight.
 
The prices applicable to shipments purchased on inviapacchi.it, are automatically calculated by the system based on the origin-destination route, weight, size and / or optional services chosen by the user (insurance, cash on delivery, etc.) and are subject to VAT at the ordinary rate.
 
Inviapacchi.it may carry out the re-weighing and re-measurement of shipments by automated and certified means, and bill the User for any excess weight and/or volume found. The charge for excess weight and/or volume will be calculated as the difference between this price list and the price for the weight/volume declared and already paid by the User. 
 
Weight and dimensions for Standard Package
 
real weight max: 30kg (for specific destinations/countries, detailed information reported in the Product and Delivery Area tab)
max size: cm 150 sum of three sides and 150 longest side
For countries grouped in tariff zones 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 the maximum real weight limit for standard package is 30kg. 
 
Shipments "to private individuals" cannot exceed the weight of 30kg per package; any shipments that do not comply with the above will not be accepted and, if taken over, will be returned to the sender.
 
Invoicing rules and extra weight/size:
 
billing at taxable weight: (greater between actual weight and volumetric weight) for single-piece shipments of 30kg (larger than 150 cm as the sum of the three dimensions and 150 cm as the longest side), for multi-piece shipments and for pallets
Extra weight/size rules:
 
If the package exceeds the above weight and/or size limits, a surcharge of € 15.00 will be applied to the total price of the shipment for each exceeding package.
 
Exceptions are the following countries: Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Corsica, Azores, Madeira, Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, for which a surcharge equal to the Pallet Rate will be applied to the total price of the shipment for each exceeding package.
 
 
For shipments for which taxable weight billing is applied, the weight/volume ratio is: 200Kg/m3.
