Use envelopes for documents, even padded ones, of size C4 (corresponding to A4 sheet size) or similar. It is not possible to send letter envelopes of size C0, C1, C2, C3.
The content of the envelope allowed is only paper material, not bound.
The following must be written on the envelope with a large-tip pen: tracking number, name and address of sender and addressee.
PACKAGES
Use a corrugated cardboard box (high strength double wave) in the shape of a parallelepiped. It is important that the box is new (not reused), certified for the weight of its contents and conforms to the items to be shipped inside.
In order to avoid damages due to shocks or stresses, it is necessary to place at least 5 centimeters of polystyrene sheets between the inner walls of the box and its content. It is also recommended that each object be wrapped with at least 2.5 cm of polystyrene, so as to separate the contents of the package, also by means of filling material to be placed in the empty spaces inside the box, in order to avoid damage caused by collision between several objects or by vibrations resulting from external stresses.
Each box must have its transport label clearly visible, for this reason it is not possible to join two or more boxes in a single body.
To close each box it is important to use PVC or reinforced nylon tape, using at least three cross strips on both the top and bottom, so that the three lines of junction are sealed. This process should be applied both horizontally and vertically.
We recommend that you do not wrap the package in wrapping paper, cellophane or other material so as not to lose the waybill if it should accidentally come off.
The label (which must be one only in order to avoid confusion) must be applied on the upper part of the box.
Any additional documents (invoice, free export, etc.) must be inserted in a special transparent pocket applied on the same surface of the package where the label is located. It is possible to apply it laterally in case of little space.
It is necessary to transcribe on the package with a large-tip pen: tracking number, name and address of sender and recipient.
PALLETS/PEDESTALS/BANKS
The pallets used must be of a suitable height so that they can be handled by the pallet truck.
The goods must be packed in special cartons.
We recommend placing the goods without creating gaps, so as to create a regular shape that allows overlapping with other packages to ensure an occupation of at least 90% of the pallet surface.
It is forbidden to affix writings or symbols (not even fragile, not stackable, glass, etc.).
A safety margin must be guaranteed between the products and the edges of the pallet.
The goods must be secured to the pallet using plastic or metal strapping, as well as cellophane packaging (as an alternative or in addition).
It is necessary to write on the package with a large-tip pen: tracking number, name and address of sender and recipient.
SUITCASES/BAGS
We recommend the same packaging procedures as for parcels (see under "PACKAGING").
It is advisable to protect the case with cellophane packaging or insert it in a cardboard box: any damage to the bag will not be refunded as it is considered a packaging.
However the case is packed it is necessary that the shipping documents do not come off and are clearly visible. We advise to insert them in a transparent envelope for documents filing, sealing the perimeter of the whole case with several turns of tape, vertically and horizontally.
NOT will be accepted cases closed by padlocks.
It is necessary to transcribe on the package with a pen to big point: number of tracing, name and address of sender and consignee.
