INSURANCE SUPPLEMENT FOR NATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Upon the customer's request, Inviapacchi.it can insure (through the reference courier's insurance) shipments within Italy, for theft or damage, for pre-established maximum limits through an insurance supplement differentiated according to the chosen range.

Customer - The sender will indicate the capital sum insured for the goods, which in any case must not exceed the price indicated on the sales form or invoice of reference. If the underwriting request is from the consignee, the consignee must make an express request through the shipper at the time the goods are entrusted.
Shipments that do not require a packing list must display detailed information about the contents. The customer must also specify a detailed, analytical description of the contents (model, brand, etc.). The insurable value comprises the sales invoice price or, failing that, the market value of the insured item at the place and time of delivery (in each case it must be demonstrated as follows). The sales invoice price refers to the value of the goods net of VAT, routing and packaging costs and any discounts granted to the buyer for any reason.

Purchase invoice of the goods proving their value
Credit note or substitute invoice (document proving the restoration to its original state to the recipient of the value of the goods)
In case of damage, the declaration written by the recipient and the description of the damage (on the signature file)
In case of damage, photo of the packaging and damaged goods You can insure only new products and you can prove the value of the object through reference documents.
The insurance coverage is limited to direct and material damages to the transported goods; among other things, damages related to the non-collection of the mark will be excluded, and any reimbursement will be made after the sender produces documents proving the damage suffered (for example, but not limited to, invoices, receipts/taxes or equivalent documents); compensation is calculated on the basis of purchase and obsolescence invoices, not on the basis of sales invoices plus lost profit. Compensation for any damages (theft, robbery, loss and partial/total damage) will be made after deduction of 10% of the overdraft and at least 50.00 euros.
In addition, reimbursement will be made only on the possibility of shipment of the items (check art. 4 of the Terms and Conditions of Transport)
The eventual compensation of the damage will be paid net of the deductible provided by the policy taken out by InviaPacchi.it with the company of his choice in force at the time or provided by the insurance policies on transport, which in this case we have managed to contain to 10%.
The liquidation of damages will take place on the basis of the proportional criterion if the goods are insured for a value lower than their real value, as provided for by article 1907 of the Civil Code.
InviaPacchi.it, after examining the claim documentation and deeming it exhaustive for the purposes of settlement, you on the terms and amount of the settlement.
By virtue of the above, InviaPacchi.it, directly or through its insurance company, undertakes to compensate any direct damage within the limits indicated above.
Offsetting debit notes with InviaPacchi.it invoices will not be accepted unless expressly authorized.
